Draft Basin Plan - Submissions

The period for receiving submissions on the draft Basin Plan has now ended.

After we have fully considered all submissions received MDBA will publish a report on what we have heard and how we have responded.

Publishing Submissions and Privacy

MDBA is required to publish all submissions on our website, unless you request that we keep your submission or a particular part of your submission confidential. For example, you may wish to keep personal information about yourself or others confidential. If you lodged your submission online, you would automatically have been asked about confidentiality. If you sent your submission via other means, it will be published unless you specifically requested that it be treated as confidential.

Personal contact details, such as your phone number, email or postal address, will not be published. However, your name will appear with your submission on the website unless you requested this information be withheld.
