 Submissions to the issues paper Development of sustainable diversion limits We received a total of 153 submissions to our sustainable diversion limits issues paper. Non confidential submissions can be viewed here. We value these inputs to developing the Basin Plan. We are currently considering the issues raised in submissions and has commissioned a detailed technical review of submissions to ensure that key elements and information from the submissions are fully considered and taken into account in the proposed Basin Plan. An overview of the SDLs issues paper, issues raised in submissions and how we are considering stakeholders’ views in developing the Basin Plan, can be viewed here. We have not attempted to respond in detail to the issues raised in the SDL submissions as this is the subject of ongoing work in developing the Basin Plan.
