AGL in conjunction with River Murray Operations announced today that releases from Dartmouth Reservoir will be decreased for the purposes of Electricity Generation.

The current discharge at Coleman's Gauge of 1200 ML/d or 1.48 M gauge height will be gradually decreased to 200 ML/d or 0.90 M gauge height, commencing 16:00 hrs on 23/05/2023

This decrease is expected to result in the flow at Tallandoon dropping to approximately 750 ML/d or 1.50 M gauge height.

The duration of the varied releases for electricity generation is unknown and will be dependent upon electricity demand in the near future. A further flow advice will be issued when there is a significant change to the release program.
