Maps and spatial data

We use maps and spatial data, including remote sensing data daily, to support our various programs and projects. This includes data on hydrology, biota, terrain, vegetation, geology, and important built and natural assets.

Murray–Darling Basin boundary

This simple small-scale map shows the approximate border of the Murray–Darling Basin as defined in the Murray–Darling Basin Agreement of the Water Act 2007, and in relation to state boundaries, rivers, coastline and select cities and towns.
